ROME ALONE’s birthday – celebrate with free downloads 26/27 May!

The first book in the ROME ALONE series was published on 26 May 2015. Since then there have been three more books in the series – with two more on the way.

ROME ALONE was written to be read on a sun lounger – I was tired of finishing books halfway through my holiday and decided to write a book that would last an entire vacation. The first draft was one of 100 winners of the Writers’ and Artists’ Yearbook’s New Novel Centenary Award.

Since then, three more books have been added to the series, continuing the story – ROME AGAIN, VERONE ALONE and VERONA AGAIN.

The series follows the lives and adventures of Belinda Rightson (Bee) and Alzheimer’s expert Dr Neil McCarthy, who cross paths on separate trips to Rome. What happens in Rome will change their lives forever and immerse them in a world of crime and dark secrets neither suspects.

The ROME ALONE series begins in the Eternal City with ROME ALONE, where Alzheimer’s expert Dr Neil McCarthy and unhappy housewife Belinda Rightson both decide to spend a long weekend to forget their marital woes.
